I’m currently running Stride, an embedded hiring partner for NYC startup founders as they're building their early teams across engineering, product, and go-to-market. We partner closely with founders to define their hiring needs, design a custom hiring strategy for them, and then run a customized search + screening process to vet candidates, so founders only spend their time interviewing strong fits.
Before Stride, I spent over a decade building products in big tech and VC-backed startups. I’ve worked on marketplaces, consumer products, B2B SaaS, and healthcare. Across all of those experiences, hiring consistently felt broken, and I'm now on a mission to bring an operator's perspective into the process. I also write a newsletter and host a podcast on all things related to building products, careers, and hiring.
