I’m currently running Stride, a tech-enabled recruiting company for NYC startups and top tech talent. We partner closely with founders and early teams to define their hiring needs, then run a customized search and screening process to vet candidates against a role-specific rubrics, so founders only spend their time interviewing strong fits.
Before Stride, I spent over a decade building products in big tech and late-stage startups. I’ve worked on marketplaces, consumer products, B2B SaaS, and healthcare. Across all of those experiences, hiring consistently felt broken, and I'm now on a mission to bring community and relationships back into the process. I also write a weekly newsletter and host a monthly podcast on all things related to building products, startups, and hiring.
